Mireya LLC currently ships to addresses in the United States and Mexico.

Processing

In-stock orders are normally prepared within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Small-batch releases, preorders, or periods of high demand may require additional time; any different estimate will be stated on the product page or communicated by email.

Rates and delivery estimates

Available carriers, shipping rates, and estimated transit times are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package. Transit estimates begin after an order has shipped and are not guarantees. Carrier, weather, customs, and other events outside our control may cause delays.

Mexico: duties and taxes

Orders shipped to Mexico may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other local charges unless checkout expressly states that they are included. These charges are determined by the destination authorities and are the customer’s responsibility.

Address accuracy and delivery

Please review the shipping address before completing your order. Contact info@mireya-design.com promptly if a correction is needed. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment begins. Additional carrier costs resulting from an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to collect a shipment may be charged to the customer where permitted by law.

Tracking, loss, and damage

Tracking information is sent when the order ships. If a package appears lost, arrives damaged, or is missing an item, contact us at info@mireya-design.com with your order number so we can review the shipment with the carrier.
