We accept return requests within 14 calendar days of delivery.

Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition and packaging, with all tags, accessories, and the selected strap included. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Our pieces are made in small batches using natural materials. Subtle variations in color, grain, texture, shape, or handmade construction are part of the character of the material and are not considered defects.

Starting a return

Contact us at info@mireya-design.com with your order number and reason for return. If the return is approved, we will send instructions and, when applicable, a return shipping label. The return address will be provided with those instructions or on the label and is not the address shown on the package in which your order arrived.

Return shipping and international charges

For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and other international charges are non-refundable. If a shipment is refused or left unclaimed, return transportation and customs costs charged to Mireya LLC may be deducted from the refund where permitted by law.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us promptly at info@mireya-design.com if it arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or is not the item ordered. When Mireya LLC confirms an error or covered defect, we will provide an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable return shipping costs.

Refunds

We will notify you after the return is received and inspected. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to post the credit. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us.

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. To choose another item, return the original purchase and place a new order.

Exceptions

Gift cards, personalized or custom-made items, and items clearly marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned, except where required by law. Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer law.

Order cancellations

To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible. We can cancel an order only before it has been fulfilled. Once fulfillment begins, the return process above applies.
