This website is operated by Mireya LLC, a Texas limited liability company (“Mireya,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service apply to your use of mireya-design.com and to purchases made through the site. By accessing the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Online store terms

You may use the site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You must provide current, complete, and accurate billing, shipping, and contact information. You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code, or infringe the rights of Mireya or others.

Products and materials

Mireya products are made in small batches and may use natural leather, nubuck, suede, and handmade components. Subtle differences in color, grain, texture, shape, or construction are inherent to these materials and processes. Product photographs and screen displays may not reproduce color exactly.

Where a product page offers a strap selection, one strap of the customer’s chosen option is included with the bag unless the product page expressly states otherwise.

Availability and orders

Products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities, correct errors, or cancel an order when an item is unavailable, pricing or product information is materially incorrect, or we reasonably suspect fraud or unauthorized activity. If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount charged.

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the order; acceptance occurs when the order is fulfilled. Cancellation requests must be made before fulfillment and cannot be guaranteed once processing has begun.

Prices, payment, taxes, and currency

Prices and available currencies are displayed at checkout. Taxes, shipping, customs duties, import charges, and currency-conversion fees may apply depending on the destination and payment provider. The customer is responsible for charges not expressly included at checkout.

Shipping and returns

Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Returns, refunds, defects, and cancellations are governed by our Return and Refund Policy. Those policies form part of these terms.

Intellectual property

The Mireya name, designs, photographs, text, graphics, logos, product designs, and other site content are owned by or licensed to Mireya LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used commercially without prior written permission.

Third-party services

The site may use or link to services operated by third parties, including Shopify, payment providers, and shipping carriers. Their services may be governed by separate terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for third-party sites that we do not control.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided without warranties not expressly stated here. Mireya LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify Mireya LLC against claims and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the site or violation of these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory consumer protections applicable in the customer’s place of residence remain unaffected.

Changes and severability

We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect.
